About Alex

Alex is a director based in London originally from the South West. He is a Junior Associate of the King’s Head Theatre and Artistic Director of City of Light Theatre, a company with roots planted firmly in the South West’s fertile soil. Alex is a Festival Director at the Exeter Fringe Festival. He is also one half of All That Productions who produce All That Scratch with The Other Palace.

I have a strong interest in musical theatre and pantomime, their ability to entertain audiences of all ages and prompt a cataclysm of emotions fascinates me. I’m also interested in new work and plays that strike the magical balance between entertainment and message, changing hearts, minds and holding up a mirror to ourselves.
